Vote by Mail

• Vote- by- mail packages are issued with step-by step Instructions.
• All voters will:
  • Provide their birthdate on the certification envelope in their vote-by mail package to confirm their identity, and sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to vote.

The Chief Ratification Officer must receive your completed mail in voting package no later than 8:00 pm (GMT) on Monday March 31, 2025. We recommend that voters who have not returned their packages by mail can drop them off to any advanced voting location  or final voting place during voting hours.

Packages that arrive late, cannot be counted.

Vote-by-mail packages returned by mail MUST be received no later than 5:00pm (GMT) Sunday March 30, 2025.
