Final Voting Day for the Ratification and Constitution of Tłegǫ́hłı̨ Got’įnę  will be on Monday March 31, 2025.  9:00 am to 8:00 pm (GMT).

IN PERSON Voting will take place at:

On January 31 a package will be sent by registered mail to each member on the Official Voters List.  The package will contains everything you need to vote by mail-except someone who knows you who can witness your signature on the Declaration of Voter.

If you do not receive a Mail-in Vote package, please contact the TGG Vote off by calling 236-662-6810 or email [email protected].

Once you have followed and completed each of the instructions to complete the Mail in Ballot,  place all documents into the prepaid envelope C  provided and drop into any Canada Post mailbox, courier the envelope, or deliver it by hand to the Chief Ratification Officer or Deputy Ratification Officer at any polling station.

The voting package must be received by;

5:00pm (GMT) on Sunday March 30, 2025.

Packages that arrive late cannot be counted.
