Mail in Ballot

On January 31 a package will be sent by registered mail to each member on the Official Voters List.  The package will contain everything you need to vote by mail except someone who knows you and can witness your signature on the Declaration of Voter.

You also have the option to vote in person on March 15 (Norman Wells),
March 17 (Yellowknife) and March 31 in Edmonton, Norman Wells and Yellowknife.

If you do not receive a Mail-in Vote package, please contact the TGG Vote office at 236-662-6810 or [email protected]. If you receive the package but have questions about how to complete the Declaration Envelope, call us, and we can help.

Once you have followed and completed each of the instructions to complete the mail-in ballot, place all documents into the prepaid envelope C provided and drop the envelope into any Canada Post mailbox, courier the envelope, or deliver it by hand to the Chief Ratification Officer or Deputy Ratification Officer at the information session in Edmonton on March 8, 2025. If you don’t think the return envelope will be delivered before the March 30, 2025, deadline, call us, and we’ll send you a prepaid express mail label.

The voting package must be received by;

5:00 pm (GMT) on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

Packages that arrive late cannot be counted.
