There are circumstances where an individual is unable to vote due to mental incapacities. The individual will be removed from the official voters list if the parent or legal guardian of that individual submits a completed Declaration of Incapacity to the Ratification Committee by mail prior to March 31, 2025, or to the Chief Ratification Officer or Deputy Ratification Officer at the poling station on March 31, 2025.
